BtVS watcher since:
Band Candy. I watched parts of episodes in the first season and thought, "Ho Hum. Monster of the week gets slayed. It won't last past the first season." When I saw a whole episode, I realised what I'd been missing , and with syndication I've been able to catch every episode and my life is complete.

Hanging out at the ATPoBtVS Posting board since:
I've been lurking since late September. One of your posters recommended you.
-
Origin of posting name:
Annoying1. What were you expecting, the Annointed One? To paraphrase Fran Lebowitz, I'm always a godfather, never a god. I took it from Spike's name for the Annointed One, though I suspect it was my parents secret pet name for me.
-
Age / species / day-job:
43 / approximately human / I work in social services. Don't ever go there.
-
Most memorable BtVS/AtS quote:
Anya's lament from "The Body"
Most memorably funny quote: Spike's Angel & Rachel monologue. I'm too lazy to copy them here and anyway, any true fan has them tattoed on their body somewhere.
I have favorites from every episode and could fill a page with quotes from the musical, but I'll just end with, "Can I be blind, too?"
-
Favorite philosopher:
Ambrose Bierce. Not a philosopher, but a great cynic.
-
TTMQ:
Probably a 9.5 when I was very young, but with years of work I've honed it down to a 1.5 or 2. I'll know I've reached zero when I can sit through a whole episode of Regis & Whoever and fell I've benefitted from it.

a. Most memorable thread (by yourself or someone else):
b. Thread that made you first decide to stick around and/or post:
c. Thread that made you think the most (by yourself or someone else):

Why I love this board more than unlife itself:
because I can watch an episode and enjoy it in and of itself, then come to the board and enjoy the story all over again from any number of different perspectives. Also, with all of you doing the thinking, I don't have to lift a neuron.
